At LeanLabs, we are committed to providing pharmaceutical-grade Berberine supplements that support your metabolic health journey. Due to the nature of our products and regulatory requirements for dietary supplements, we maintain a strict no-refund policy as outlined below.
No Refunds Policy
All sales are final. LeanLabs does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products once an order has been placed and payment has been processed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy in its entirety.
This policy applies to:
- All one-time purchases
- Subscription orders (recurring shipments)
- Products purchased during promotional periods or with discount codes
- Clearance, sale, or specially-priced items
- All shipping fees and handling charges
Why We Have This Policy
As a premium supplement company specializing in metabolic health formulations, we adhere to strict quality control and safety standards. Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee its proper storage, handling, or condition. For the safety and wellbeing of all our customers, we cannot accept returns of opened or unopened supplement products.
Additionally, FDA regulations and good manufacturing practices (GMP) prohibit the resale of returned dietary supplements to protect consumer safety.
Order Accuracy & Damaged Products
While we cannot offer refunds or returns, we are committed to ensuring you receive exactly what you ordered in perfect condition:
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a product that arrives damaged, defective, or compromised during shipping, please contact us immediately at leanlabss@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
- Description of the issue
We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement product at no additional cost.
Incorrect Orders:
If you receive the wrong product due to an error on our part, please contact us at leanlabss@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at no charge. You are not required to return the incorrect item.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation Window: Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, orders are processed for fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.
To request cancellation within the 2-hour window, email leanlabss@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request. If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled or returned.
Subscription Management
If you are enrolled in LeanLabs' subscription program, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. However, orders that have already been processed and shipped are not eligible for refunds.
To cancel your subscription:
- Email us at leanlabss@gmail.com with your account information
- Cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment date
Once an order has been processed for a subscription shipment, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Billing Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or did not authorize a charge, please contact us immediately at leanlabss@gmail.com. We will investigate all billing inquiries promptly and work to resolve any legitimate billing errors.
Product Quality Guarantee
While we do not offer refunds or returns, we stand behind the quality of our pharmaceutical-grade formulations. All LeanLabs products are:
- Manufactured in FDA-registered, GMP-certified facilities in the USA
- Third-party tested for purity and potency
- Formulated with 97% pure Berberine HCL extract
- Free from harmful contaminants and adulterants
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Costs: All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Lost or Stolen Packages: LeanLabs is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. We recommend:
- Using a secure delivery address
- Tracking your package using the tracking number provided
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly if a package shows as delivered but was not received
Delivery Address Accuracy: It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. LeanLabs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be made once an order has been processed.
