4. Purchasing & Payment

Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided
  • All payment information is accurate and complete
  • Sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction

Order Acceptance: Your order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Subscriptions & Automatic Billing

LeanLabs offers a subscription program for recurring product deliveries.

Subscription Terms:

  • By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize LeanLabs to automatically charge your payment method at regular intervals (30, 60, or 90 days as selected)
  • Subscription prices are those confirmed at the time of enrollment
  • You will be billed automatically unless you cancel your subscription
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled

Cancellation:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing leanlabss@gmail.com
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment
  • Refunds are not available for orders already processed or shipped

Failed Payments: If your payment method fails, we may attempt to process payment using updated information provided by your card issuer, or we may contact you for alternate payment information.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Shipping: Orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment center. Processing time is 2-3 business days. Standard delivery takes 5-8 business days depending on location.

International Shipping: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees assessed by their country.

Shipping Address: You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. LeanLabs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, LeanLabs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Tracking: You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

7. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. LeanLabs does not accept returns or offer refunds. Please review our complete Return & Refund Policy for details regarding damaged products, incorrect orders, and cancellations.

8. Subscription Renewal & Billing

IF YOU ENROLL IN THE LEANLABS SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM, YOUR PAYMENT METHOD WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED AT YOUR SELECTED INTERVAL UNLESS YOU CANCEL. YOU MUST CANCEL AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR NEXT SCHEDULED SHIPMENT TO AVOID BEING CHARGED.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the LeanLabs Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, software, and compilations ("Content"), is the property of LeanLabs or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Content
  • Use our trademarks, logos, or brand name without written permission
  • Scrape, data mine, or use automated tools to access our Website
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any LeanLabs products

IF LEANLABS IS FOUND LIABLE FOR ANY REASON, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) IN QUESTION, NOT TO EXCEED $500.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LeanLabs, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

16. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: THIS SECTION AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Agreement to Arbitrate: You and LeanLabs agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, our products, or your use of the Website shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except as otherwise provided below.

Arbitration Process:

  • Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules
  • Arbitration will take place in Wyoming
  • The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding
  • Each party will bear its own costs and attorneys' fees unless the arbitrator awards otherwise

Class Action Waiver: YOU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION OR PROCEEDING SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND LEANLABS INDIVIDUALLY. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR ANY CONSOLIDATED OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to leanlabss@gmail.com within 30 days of your first purchase, stating your name, purchase date, and intent to opt out of arbitration.

Exceptions: This arbitration provision does not apply to disputes regarding LeanLabs' intellectual property rights.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

18. SMS/Text Messaging

By providing your phone number at checkout or opt-in, you consent to receive automated marketing text messages from LeanLabs. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

19. Email Communications
